2019 Breakfast & Panel Discussion

God as CEO is a movement for managers, business owners, and those that seek to be a Christian influence in their workplace. Afraid of blurring the line between faith and work? You’re not alone. Hear about the successes and challenges of bringing faith into the workplace and putting God in the CEO chair.

On May 15, God as CEO Breakfast will feature a panel of local business owners and employees. These men and women will share how they are seeking to honor Christ in their daily work lives. All attendees will also receive a copy of The Gospel at Work, written by Sebastian Traeger and Greg Gilbert.

Please join us from 8-9AM on Wednesday, May 15th for breakfast at The Hilton Garden Inn. Doors open at 7:30 am. Event sponsored by Kingdom Capital Fund.

Reserve soon – this breakfast is limited to the first 300 registrants!

Many Christians fall victim to one of two main problems when it comes to work: either they are idle in their work, or they have made an idol of it. Both of these mindsets are deadly misunderstandings of how God intends for us to think about our employment.

In The Gospel at Work, Sebastian Traeger and Greg Gilbert unpack the powerful ways in which the gospel can transform how we do what we do, releasing us from the cultural pressures of both an all-consuming devotion and a punch-in, punch-out mentality—in order to find the freedom of a work ethic rooted in serving Christ.

Solidly grounded in the gospel, The Gospel at Work confronts both our idleness at work and our idolatry of work with a challenge of its own—to remember that whom we work for is infinitely more important than what we do.
