Following lunch, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Andrew Leikvoll of Triune Leadership will lead an engaging session on Servant Leadership Basics, an overview that covers:

  • the principles of servant leadership and its positive impact;

  • actionable practices to build a culture of servant leadership;

  • the importance of having a personal Leadership Portrait and how to create one; and

  • a plan for moving forward.

Vince is the long-time co-owner of Wireless World, a Verizon retailer with stores spanning the Midwest. Jeanine founded Paws Pet Resort after experiencing a life-changing encounter with God at an event she initially doubted attending. The couple tells their story of leading an established company and founding a new business with a level of wit and frankness that will inspire your own leadership and workplace culture.
